Kristin Meira
Kristin spent five years on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, working for U.S. Senator Patty Murray and U.S. Senator Bill Bradley. Kristin's political experience also includes work as a legislative assistant for a N.J. State Assemblyman, briefing aide to N.J. Governor Jim Florio, and work on several state-wide campaigns around the region. Prior to joining PNWA in 2002, she worked for several high tech and internet firms in the Northwest. Kristin has a BA with a dual major in Political Science/History and a double major in English from Rutgers University. She makes her home in Damascus, Oregon with her husband Erik, daughter Alex, and horse DJ. |

Page Phillips Page Phillips joined PNWA in October 2011 as its new Government Relations Director. Page will represent the association in the Pacific Northwest and in Washington, DC before federal and regional agencies, Congress and the media. Prior to joining PNWA, Page was the SW Washington Director for U.S. Senator Patty Murray. In addition to working for Senator Murray, Page has worked for numerous Members of Congress in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Washington, DC.
Page has a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound. She makes her home in Portland, Oregon with her husband Zach and their daughter Akila. .

Heather graduated in 2000 from the University of Connecticut where she studied Applied Mathematics. Prior to joining PNWA, Heather planned and managed events for numerous establishments in
Heather lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Paul and son Charlie. Together, they enjoy traveling and everything the great Northwest has to offer, including kayaking, running, hiking and cycling.
