Ecological Land Services, Inc. provides environmental consulting and permitting services specializing in land, water, and shoreline projects involving resources such as wetlands, streams, rivers, wildlife habitat, and sensitive, threatened, and endangered wildlife and plant species. We have worked with a number of ports in the Northwest and understand the environmental resources, impacts, and permitting processes that are essential to achieving successful economic development. Wapato Valley will provide mitigation credits for: impacts to wetlands and other aquatic resources authorized under the Clean Water Act; fish credits (in the form of DSAYs) for NMFS ESA-listed salmon; conservation credits for streaked horned lark; and Oregon white oak priority habitats (a county-regulated Critical Area).

WSP provides a full range of engineering services for port, transportation, and infrastructure projects throughout the world.
