Wapato Valley will provide mitigation credits for: impacts to wetlands and other aquatic resources authorized under the Clean Water Act; fish credits (in the form of DSAYs) for NMFS ESA-listed salmon; conservation credits for streaked horned lark; and Oregon white oak priority habitats (a county-regulated Critical Area).
