2026 Summer Conference

The PNWA Summer Conference was held in June 2026 in the beautiful coastal town of Newport, Oregon. This highly anticipated mid-year gathering brought together colleagues from across the region to connect, hear from leading experts on timely maritime issues, and engage in discussions that help shape the future of the Pacific Northwest’s waterways and transportation system. In addition to the conference program, attendees enjoyed a unique Oregon Coast experience, including an evening at the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The event featured access to aquarium exhibits, dinner, a host bar, and a special presentation by Aquarium staff highlighting the organization’s mission, exhibits, and important role in coastal conservation, research, and public education.
